Senior Pastor Jed Brown

Jed Brown was called to serve as Senior Pastor at Grace in November of 2019. He relocated to Elk Grove from Salt Lake City with his wife, Ann, and their four children. After having been raised near St. Louis, Missouri, attending college in southern Illinois, and marrying in Chicago, the Lord has moved Jed and Ann continually westward! First to Colorado Springs for 15 years, than as Associate Pastor at the Evangelical Free Church of Salt Lake City for nine years, and now all the way to California.

Those physical moves haven’t been the only big changes in his life. Jed had always felt called into full-time ministry, but started his career in banking. After 12 successful years as a bank officer, God provided in many ways for him to attend Front Range Bible Institute in Colorado Springs, full-time, graduating in 2010. He has also taken coursework at Westminster Theological Seminary, in Philadelphia, PA, in biblical counseling.

He has a passion for preaching and living out the truth of the Gospel, both from the pulpit, and in discipleship relationships. He also loves traveling to Ukraine annually to teach Biblical theology and ministry courses at the Precarpathian Bible Institute. His interests include distance running, reading, hiking, travel, European soccer, and good German food.

Worship Director

Mike was called to Grace Church to serve as our Director of Worship in December of 2023. Mike is a native of Arizona but has served the church in many pastoral roles in California, including most recently as Senior Pastor of GodWorks Church here in Elk Grove. Mike is a churchman, who loves to equip Christ’s body in worship and teaching.

Children's Director

Ann arrived in Elk Grove, along with her husband Jed and their 4 kids (see above!) from Salt Lake City, UT in November 2019. She began as Director of Children’s Ministry in February, 2024. Ann’s professional background is in Elementary Education, earning her degree from Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN, and teaching mainly in Colorado. Her heart, however, and most of her time over the last 20 years, has been devoted to raising her family. Much of her life, she has served in Children’s Ministry, beginning in junior high looking after babies in the nursery. She loves the children at Grace and enjoys serving them each week!

Youth Directors

Zac & Cari Adams are Youth Directors at Grace Church since January 2024, but have been serving the Lord together since 2009. They have 3 kids. Their hearts desire is to be their for parents and youth as they walk through growing up, maturing in Christi, and becoming active members of the church body.
